All goods entering or leaving a customs territory need a declaration, and the goods must be ready to present. Declaring can mean paying duties, VAT and other charges, such as fees for a physical inspection. We handle the declaration and everything around it.
Goods arriving from a third country with the EU as final destination must be declared for import. A skilled expert guides you through the whole procedure to avoid mistakes, and we can arrange pre-payment of customs duties and VAT.
Goods leaving the EU for a third country must be declared before they exit. Beyond the legal obligation, the export declaration is your proof that the goods physically left the EU, which you need to apply the 0% VAT rate.
When import isn't (yet) the goal: goods stored under bonded status or moved to another EU destination need a T1. Goods in free circulation going to an NCTS country such as Switzerland need a T2.
We alert you before documents expire, so you avoid customs investigations, unnecessary duties and penalties.
For foreign entrepreneurs and companies importing into the Netherlands.
We act as your fiscal representative for Dutch VAT, such as the VAT due on import, including the administrative tasks that come with it.
Not pre-financing import VAT gives you an important liquidity and financing advantage.
The Tax and Customs Administration only grants the licence when it can properly check the foreign company. We help you set up that administration.
